Welcome to
First Aid Training Kingston

I am part of a network of Independent First Aid Trainers all registered with the HSE through Accredited and Approved First Aid Training Providers.

We have trained a variety of clientele from small and large businesses, restaurants, theatres, care homes, complementary therapists including those trained in sports massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and people who have got a group of friends and/or families together for training.

Our First Aid courses are designed you suit your needs but still include all HSE requirements.

Principal trainer. Kay Galbraith

In 1990 Kay opened The School of Natural Therapies where she taught many subjects including Anatomy & Physiology, Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Nutrition and much more.. She became a First Aider in 1992 and since then has never let her Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification lapse. In 2014 she qualified in First Aid at Work (FAW) and then began teaching First Aid, a subject close to her heart.

Her experience and knowledge in these and other subjects has given her an in depth understanding of the body which lends itself well to teaching First Aid.

She particularly loves empowering people with the skills and knowledge to preserve life and prevent deterioration whilst waiting for the emergency services to arrive and as important keeping people calm after any major or minor accident.

For Emergency First Aid at Work there are a few places on the 5th August. 10am - 4pm. £75pp. Please get in touch for more information. For all general enquires or to arrange a booking, call me on 07764 795 027.
